Esther has been in the real estate industry since 2007. In the last 15 years, she witnessed the property cycles with the multiple rounds of cooling measures by the local government. Thus she would be in a good position to advise her clients on their property needs.

Her current area of focus is in the private residential segment. She is also involved in new project launches. There are occasions where her clients who own HDB flats and she’s successfully assisted them in upgrading or right sizing their housing needs.
